Pony Riding

Children are provided with the opportunity to ride a pony, improve their riding, horse care skills, and try out lots of different outdoor activities like den building, fire making, soft archery, nerf, water bucket challenges, apple bobbing, obstacles and more!

This is a drop off Day Camp, where the children will be in our care for the entire day. Don't worry if you are a novice or have never ridden, our ponies have done it all before and will make you an expert in no time.

Children are divided into small groups for riding activities. The groups are allocated according to age and friendships. We also take into account the suitability of the ponies for each group based on the information provided on the booking forms.

Please if your child can bring a packed lunch, snacks (both nut free) and a water bottle. Children must wear trousers e.g jeans, leggings, track suit bottoms. No shorts, skirts, dresses for pony riding. Some sort of footwear with a heel is advisable (the centre has some boots, but if you bring your own that would be better.)
